HF-Series universal intercooler - Tuning at the highest level. Our HF-Series universal intercoolers are made entirely by hand and have flow-optimised cast end tanks developed with CAD. In combination with high-performance HFT cores, they offer maximum efficiency - whether for stock vehicles or motorsport. What exactly does an upgrade intercooler do for you? To express the exact additional power of an intercooler in figures, many unknown factors have to be taken into account, such as: power variation from the factory, other hardware modifications and the software used for the measurement. This differs from vehicle to vehicle. As a rule of thumb, on tuned engines you can expect up to 5% - 10%. But what is at least as important: whether your engine is already optimised or is to remain standard in terms of software, you prevent a loss of power, especially at high outside temperatures, or even reaching the temperature protection stored in many ECUs, and can therefore always count on your engine’s full power. Advantages at a glance: Significantly cooler charge air for improved combustion and power delivery Noticeably earlier turbocharger response Reduced boost pressure loss = longer turbo life Optimum flow thanks to precise flow simulations Exact fit for many vehicles, easy installation without modifications This product is therefore interesting for both standard power and motorsport, as much higher outputs are also possible. Each individual intercooler was built on the respective vehicle, calculated in flow simulations and tested on our in-house dyno. The intercooler is mounted on the original mounting points of the original OEM intercooler and therefore requires no major adaptation work. Customers with a well-stocked toolbox can carry out the installation themselves.
