Producing rear valances is quite multi-faceted and its finishing portion consists of manual processing, as well as, applying final touches. The complexity of this manufacturing process is a proof of the accuracy and care that we treat all of our products with. Furthermore, we put a scrupulous quality control in place which is performed on each and every single one of our items to prevent the defective ones from being shipped to our customers.

The material utilized in the making of our parts is ABS plastic which was originally conceived to fulfil the needs of the automotive industry. It is employed in the production of factory bumpers, and other elements of car coachwork, too. Such elements have to be highly durable, and flexible at the same time, and the usage of ABS ensures just that. The grade of our components is confirmed by the TUV certificate of ABS, and the TUV MATERIALGUTACHTEN certification that a large selection of individual parts have been rewarded with.
