The creation of fender extensions is not an easy procedure. The last part of this process is manual processing, and applying final touches which shows the care and precision that our components are always treated with. What’s more, to make sure that the majority of defective items are eliminated from distribution we conduct thorough quality controls on each and every one of them right before shipping.

The material that our elements are manufactured from is ABS plastic – it was made to be used mainly in the automotive industry. It is utilized in the making of factory bumpers, in addition to elementary components of vehicle coachwork – such items need to be very flexible, but also durable, and the use of ABS ensures just that. Our products are certified with the TUV TAILEGUTACHTEN which confirms their quality, and the material used in their production has got the TUV certificate.
