HFI carbon airbox kit VAG 1.8T 20V K03/K04 (e.g. Golf 4, S3 8L) (HGCIBVAG01M)

This intake kit replaces the standard air filter and plastic intake snorkel. Already during removal you will see that the plastic intake snorkel from the vehicle manufacturer is restrictive. The HFI intake system is made of carbon fibre, has an unoiled HF500 air filter by Pipercross as its filter element and, with an air flow of 503.1 cfm, has enough potential to achieve perfect results with power upgrades and turbocharger upgrades. The “racing intake hose” serves as the fresh-air connection and can be fitted either into the wheel arch or, on vehicles without xenon lights, behind the bumper. Scope of delivery: - Carbon airbox to the intake pipe - Cold-air hose - Fitting kit (clamps, adapters, ...) - HF500 air filter by Pipercross - Fitting instructions. A parts certificate for easy registration under §19.3 is supplied. The aluminium intake pipe offered in addition only fits K04 turbochargers with 209/225PS and is the perfect complement for maximum performance.
