This new development from HF-Series is compatible with the standard intake systems of the Polo GTI, Ibiza Cupra and S1. It is a very important component between the turbocharger and the intake system, because only when the entire path to the turbocharger is optimised can the full potential of the turbocharger and engine be made available. The new intake spigot was developed to allow maximum throughput and optimum flow. As the original component is restrictive and also has edges that impede the flow, it is not designed for performance but even creates turbulence and back pressure. This is the only way the air can reach the turbocharger with an optimum, even flow. The results are higher maximum power and improved response. The facts of our upgrade intake spigot at a glance: - Flow-optimised - Enables higher peak power as well as improved response - Plug and play installation (approx. 10min) - Certificate: none Note: does not fit in combination with the OEM intake hose! Scope of delivery: - High-flow intake spigot CFM measurement OEM vs. HF-Series:
