These Bull-X downpipes can be swapped 1:1 for the standard front pipes. The available catalytic converters offer a higher exhaust throughput and lower exhaust back pressure, which results in more power, lowers the exhaust gas temperature and relieves the turbochargers. Also ideal for tuned vehicles. In addition, fitting these downpipes brings a sound gain (change in sound). Especially in combination with a sports exhaust system or, for example, our Bull-X front silencer replacement pipes for the RS6/ RS7 C8/4K. - incl. integral insulation - Material: stainless steel - Fully TIG-welded - clearly audible sound gain (even with the OEM exhaust system) - all sensor connections present - Pipe diameter: turbo outlet 5"/121mm incl. cat/OPF dummy or sports cats depending on selection > to 4"/102mm and tapering to 76mm shortly before the flange to the OEM pipes Note: a software adaptation is necessary when fitting this downpipe. The temperature sensors and the differential pressure sensors must be coded out and the tolerance values adjusted. This item is not approved for use on public roads - For racing purposes only! CAUTION! All catalytic converters/cat replacement pipes offered, except the EC-tested catalytic converter from HJS, are not approved under the German road traffic regulations! Only with the EC catalytic converter may you legally drive your vehicle on public roads. The use of all other catalytic converters is intended for racing purposes only. If, despite our notice, you fit a downpipe with a catalytic converter WITHOUT EC approval, you are committing a criminal offence. Possible consequences include: invalidation of the operating licence, decommissioning of the vehicle, a complaint for tax evasion, and possible investigations by the environmental authority.
