Bull-X downpipe Audi A4 B7 2.0 TFSI (HGDPVAG003-2M)

This Bull-X downpipe can be swapped 1:1 for the standard front pipe. The available catalytic converters offer a higher exhaust flow capacity and lower exhaust back pressure, which results in more power, lowers the exhaust gas temperature and relieves the turbocharger. This is further supported by the enlarged pipe diameter of 76mm (up to the transition flange). The original part is reduced to 55mm directly after the catalytic converter outlet, which causes additional exhaust back pressure. Also ideal for tuned vehicles. In addition, fitting this downpipe brings a sound gain (change in sound). Especially in combination with a sports exhaust system. CAUTION! All catalytic converters/cat replacement pipes offered, except the EC-tested catalytic converter from HJS, are not approved under the German road traffic regulations! Only with the EC catalytic converter may you legally drive your vehicle on public roads. The use of all other catalytic converters is intended for racing purposes only. If, despite our notice, you fit a downpipe with a catalytic converter WITHOUT EC approval, you are committing a criminal offence. Possible consequences include: invalidation of the operating licence, decommissioning of the vehicle, a complaint for tax evasion, and possible investigations by the environmental authority. Catalytic converter information If you select a downpipe without a cat or with a 100/200-cell cat, the control unit may log an error message from the post-cat lambda sensor; this does not restrict driving, as the first lambda sensor is still there for engine management. The post-cat sensor is only responsible for monitoring the cat’s effectiveness. This can be programmed out by a chip tuner by adapting the software. Most vehicles up to the Euro 3 emissions standard have no post-cat oxygen sensor, and installation is possible without further adaptation and without error messages. The washcoat content of HJS ECE and EOBD cats is significantly higher and is characterised by a very high oxygen storage capacity, which means error messages can be avoided. The EOBD cats have been tested for this up to Euro 4. Durability and use up to the Euro 6 emissions standard are of course guaranteed. On Euro 5/6 vehicles, the points mentioned above can only be avoided if a cat with ECE approval is selected.
