HG Motorsport Turbo inlet + intake hose 89mm/ 3.5“ Hyundai i30N 2.0L (HGITKI30N)

This intake hose / turbo inlet for all i30N models from HF-Series is compatible with the standard air filter box. It does not matter which filter is fitted. It also fits all “open air intakes” that fit the standard intake hose. The intake kit is a very important component between the turbocharger and the intake system, because only when the entire path up to the turbocharger is optimised can the full potential of turbocharger and engine be made available. The new CNC-machined intake spigot was developed in combination with a high-performance silicone hose with the largest possible diameter (determined by 3D scans) to allow maximum throughput and optimum flow. Another advantage over other manufacturers, whose inlets consist of heat-retaining stainless steel/aluminium pipes: our SF-Hoses silicone intake hose cannot heat up and ensures a lower intake air temperature, which guarantees more constant power and performance. As the original component is restrictive and also has edges that impede the flow, it is not designed for performance but even creates turbulence and back pressure, as can be seen very clearly in the OEM > HF-Series comparison image. This is the only way the air can reach the turbocharger with an optimum, even flow. The results are higher maximum power and improved response.
