Scope of delivery: - High-flow intake spigot - parts certificate This new development from HF-Series is compatible with almost all intake systems for VAG 1.8 - 2.0 Euro 6 TSI EA888 engines. Whether original or, for example, the HF-Series carbon intake. It is a very important component between the turbocharger and the intake system, because only when the entire path up to the turbocharger is optimised can the full potential of turbocharger and engine be made available. The new intake spigot was developed to allow maximum throughput and optimum flow. By contrast, our upgrade intake spigot was enlarged to the maximum diameter following a 3D scan. Thanks to state-of-the-art flow animations and other computer simulations, this aluminium performance part with CNC flange and handmade outlets was created. This is the only way the air can reach the turbocharger with an optimum, even flow. The results are higher maximum power and improved response.
