TMU and BMU - Wireless multi-channel infrared sensors. Our TMU and BMU are advanced wireless multi-channel infrared sensors for tyre or brake temperature monitoring with an external receiver box and CAN connectivity. Fully configurable, 8 or 4 temperature channels per tyre or brake disc with an update rate of up to 50 Hz. Rechargeable battery with 15 hours of active use on track. Knowing how the surface temperature develops during a lap is invaluable for chassis tuning, driver training and setup choice. As it is a wireless system, it is very easy to install and can be moved from one car to the next in a few minutes. If you buy our TMU04 or BMU04 set, this receiver box is always included and does not have to be purchased separately. If you buy individual TMU01 or BMU01 sensors, you need this receiver box to operate your sensors. The system is ideal for monitoring tyre and brake temperatures and can improve your vehicle’s performance and safety on track.
