Precision-turned aluminium part for closing off the sound amplifier in the vehicle interior: after modifications to the turbocharger or the exhaust system, the noise in the engine bay often becomes so loud that, via the resonance pipes of the sound amplifier, it also becomes too loud in the cabin. This noise can be significantly reduced by fitting the GV-Fix. To fit it, the blanking plug is simply pushed onto the acoustic pipe in the bulkhead.
