High-tech ceramic wear protection Reduces friction and wear thanks to chemically and thermally highly resilient ceramic compounds. Prevents direct metal-to-metal contact and thus increases the service life of the units. Reduces the fuel consumption of petrol and diesel engines thanks to its friction-reducing effect. Miscible with all commercially available engine and automotive gear oils. For engines, manual gearboxes, pumps and compressors. Is added to the respective oil and is self-mixing. Sufficient for 5 l of oil. With long-term effect for 50,000 km. Suitable for timing belts running in an oil bath. Not suitable for use with wet clutches! Cera Tec is a suspension based on micro-ceramic solid lubricant and chemical active ingredients in selected base oils. How to use it: • add directly to the engine or gear oil (cold or warm) • ideally pour in together with the fresh oil at an oil change • otherwise, at least 5,000 km should remain until the next oil change when it is added, so that Cera Tec can develop its full effect • 300 ml is sufficient for up to 5 l of engine oil • the optimum dosage is approx. 6 % of the total oil capacity • observe the oil change intervals according to the vehicle’s service documents Ten properties that speak for Cera Tec: • Reduces friction, thus protecting the engine and gearbox against wear • Expensive repairs are prevented and the service life of the units is increased • Mechanically and thermally highly stable. Ensures excellent lubrication even under the most extreme conditions.
