HG Motorsport Intake pipe VW 2.8-2.9 VR6 (e.g. Golf 3, Corrado, Passat) (HGIPVWVR6M)

To achieve a favourable, turbulence-free flow of the intake air, this intake pipe is absolutely essential for the 12V VR6. This results in a gain in performance when shifting gear and more power. The rigid aluminium pipe prevents the original intake hose from contracting and robbing power; also particularly recommended for tuned VR6 engines. The intake pipe is extra long for flexibility of use: - with optional silicone hoses and fitting kit it can be adapted to the standard air filter box (the pipe must be shortened for this) - with optional silicone hoses and fitting kit plus an air filter, the pipe does not need to be shortened. The extra length is intentional, to move the filter further forward for fresh air (as shown in the pictures).
