We can now offer you power measurements of up to 1000kW per axle and at speeds of up to 300 km/h on our state-of-the-art, industry-tested single-roller dynamometer made by MAHA! Unlike other manufacturers, measurements on our dyno are legally recognised and recognised by the automotive industry. Our measurements are therefore not comparable with the simple measurements of other manufacturers. Vehicles are driven onto the dyno without a ramp, via a scissor lift, which is why even measuring extremely low vehicles is no problem for us. And you don’t even have to wait long: measurements are possible with us at virtually any time! Simply send us an e-mail at [email protected] and arrange an appointment with us at short notice! Note: summer tyres are mandatory on the dyno! You are welcome to bring your set of summer wheels for the axle to be measured (front or rear) or for both axles (all-wheel drive); we will then change them for you on site for a surcharge of €25 net per axle. Thanks to the latest technology, extremely accurate measurements without slip and with rolling behaviour like on the road are guaranteed. The MAHA drag power measurement guarantees maximum accuracy in power measurement: high-precision determination of the parasitic losses of the dyno, of the vehicle’s drivetrain and of the friction and flexing losses between tyre and roller. In addition, MAHA is the only accredited manufacturer whose power measurements are recognised by vehicle manufacturers such as VW and Audi for verifying compliance with factory specifications. We also use professional, intuitive software here that meets the highest expert demands: Sensors: for the development of products in-house, the dyno has differential pressure sensors so that exhaust back pressure and temperature measurements can be carried out (e.g. temperature measurement before/after the intercooler). Measurement screen: the measurement screen offers continuous graphical display and recording of up to 16 freely selectable parameters per power measurement cycle: a large number of recorded parameters helps to uncover sources of error and hidden power potential for optimum comparison during tuning work, up to three saved cycles can be displayed on the measurement screen Constant control of important parameters during the power measurement thanks to two round gauge displays for engine speed and road speed, as well as the display of the current oil temperature Simulations: optional load simulation with a freely programmable load profile: the eddy-current brake can simulate uphill drives and race-track laps, e.g. the Nürburgring. This means tests and development under real conditions are possible on our dyno. Evaluation: determination of wheel power, power loss and engine power as well as torque Standardised extrapolation of engine power according to DIN 70020, ECE 80/1269, ISO 1585, JIS D 1001 and SAE J 1349 (depending on equipment)
