This aluminium pressure pipe / charge pipe for the FORD FOCUS MK3 ST & RS replaces the original hard-plastic part, including the silencer. The larger pipe diameter of 63mm, combined with the elimination of the silencer fitted in the original part, ensures not only a spectacular 91% increase in air throughput and a 90% increase in flow velocity (measured on a flow bench), but also an even, turbulence-free flow. These properties also make the product ideal for tuned vehicles. The pressure pipe fits in combination with the original intercooler. Included in the scope of delivery: - 1x aluminium pressure pipe (black coated), 1x silicone connector (black), 1x silicone elbow 45° (black), 1x silicone reducer 45° (black), 5x hose clamp 50-70mm, 1x hose clamp 40-60mm - Incl. Certificate Facts about the optional pressure hose: pressure hose from intercooler to throttle body for Ford Focus RS/ST Mk.3: - Fits plug and play as a replacement for the original pressure hose - Flow-optimised, as the original ribbing/bulges of the original hose are removed. - Extra-strong fabric with additional reinforcement that prevents the pressure hose from contracting and thus helps achieve higher air throughput. This hose is available in black.
