This upgraded intercooler kit for Audi TT 8N 150PS+180PS models is a highlight from the HF-Series range.
The high-quality HFT core boasts superior cooling properties to deliver top performance even under adverse conditions, while also being extremely robust.
It is characterized by its high resistance and does not heat up as much as comparable cores from other manufacturers.
Simultaneously, the entire system is optimized for maximum flow.
This means minimal pressure loss, and the entire charge air path has been designed for optimal aerodynamics using CAD flow analysis. This also includes the intercooler housings, which are made of high-strength cast aluminum.
The advantages of this product are:
- significantly cooler charge air, which improves engine combustion
- faster response
- improved flow
This product is therefore interesting for both standard production vehicles and racing applications, as significantly higher performance levels are possible.
Each individual cooler was built on the specific vehicle, its performance was calculated using flow simulations, and it was tested on the company’s own dynamometer.
