On the sixth-generation Mustang before the facelift, that is the 2015 to 2017 model years, the exhaust system runs differently from the later model. The XTREME H-pipe is tailored to this early routing and replaces the mid pipe of the GRAIL system already fitted with an open H connection. The five-litre eight-cylinder thereby gains noticeably in hardness and presence, without anything being changed on the rest of the system.
