The facelifted sixth-generation Mustang from 2018 received revised engine management and an altered exhaust routing. Anyone already running a GRAIL valved exhaust system there and wanting even more sound swaps the mid pipe including the centre muffler for a continuous cross connection using the XTREME H-pipe. The eight-cylinder thereby loses the last damping stage before the rear and comes across noticeably more directly.

This exhaust system holds an ECE type approval and therefore requires no individual approval* for road use.
