The McLaren 720S pairs a carbon Monocage structure with the 4.0-litre M840T twin-turbo V8, a package built around low weight and aerodynamic efficiency. From the factory the acoustic side stays deliberately restrained. The GRAIL valved exhaust system sharpens that character, giving the V8 a harder and more clearly defined voice across the rev range while the valve control keeps everyday driving civilised.
