EGO-X exhaust system 3.5" VW Golf 8 R (export version without ECE) (HGBXAGAVAG38-R)

This EGO-X exhaust system without ECE for the VW Golf 8 R is handmade in our workshop in Lübeck. The pipe diameter is 3.5 inches (89mm). Caution: export version without approval, with one of the two OEM actuators carried over. (The actuator that is always open in race mode is carried over) The entire system is made of stainless steel and is manufactured using TIG welding. The silencer is made using absorption technology and provides a sonorous sound even with the valve closed. This exhaust system is perfectly suited for stock vehicles as well as for vehicles with tuned engines. For the valve control, the left-hand OEM actuator is simply carried over and fitted plug & play to the EGO-X exhaust system. The right-hand actuator is deactivated with a plug/deleter. This is included in the scope of delivery. We deliberately carried over only the left valve and not the right one, for the following reason: when stationary, both valves open in race mode, so despite the OEM control you can open the valve when stationary. While driving at full throttle, the left valve also opens, but closes again above a certain engine speed/load, thus reducing unpleasant frequency ranges. The OEM exhaust system drones here, and our system has significantly reduced this. As soon as the valve is closed, you travel more quietly and comfortably with the EGO-X than with the standard system. Had we also carried over the right valve, the valve would always be permanently open in all race modes, which could become unpleasant on long journeys. To drive with the valve permanently open in all ranges, simply order our Bull-X Tronic Valve-control as a set with your EGO-X. Here you can use the app to decide whether the valve should be open or closed. And that in all modes. If, despite our notice, you fit a downpipe with a catalytic converter WITHOUT EC approval, you are committing a criminal offence. Possible consequences include: invalidation of the operating licence, decommissioning of the vehicle, a complaint for tax evasion, and possible investigations by the environmental authority.
