EGO-X exhaust system 3.5" VW Golf 8 R 320/333hp, Audi S3 8Y 310hp (82dB) incl. power upgrade & registration (HGBXAGAVAG38-R-ECE)

This EGO-X exhaust system for the VW Golf 8 R and Audi S3 8Y is handmade in our workshop in Lübeck. The pipe diameter is 3.5 inches (89mm). The price includes fitting and the Bull-X Tronic ECE control unit, and the system is only available in combination with the Stage 1 (415PS) or Stage 2 (455PS) performance upgrade from HG-Motorsport, as the stationary noise level is changed from 82dB to 89dB in the process. The price of the performance upgrade is already included in the item price and costs nothing extra (only the individual price of €999 is shown to you in the selection of which stage you want). This is the only way to drive a 100% legal exhaust system on the Golf 8R, as even the standard system with both valves closed is already 8-9dB too loud from the factory. That is why, in combination with our performance upgrades, we obtained a combination certificate, which you can additionally combine 100% legally with all our other hardware parts, such as HF-Series intercoolers, HF-Series intakes, pressure pipes and/or Bull-X ECE downpipe. The OEM exhaust system has an annoying drone in some rev ranges, which is significantly reduced with our system. As soon as the valve is closed, you travel more quietly and comfortably with the EGO-X exhaust system than with the standard system. With the valve open, you experience a sound that delivers the emotions an R model needs. While driving you can decide whether you want to drive in comfort or sport mode. If your vehicle has a drive profile selection, it can be controlled via that. For vehicles without drive profile selection, control can be via a supplied button. The button’s LED lighting tells you whether the valve is currently open (light off) or closed (light on). The control unit automatically closes the valve in all ranges required by the ECE regulation, regardless of which mode you are driving in. In general, the Bull-X Tronic offers two control options: - Sport mode: within the approved limits of the ECE regulation, the valve is always open. When stationary, the valve is closed. In the range of 20-80km/h, the valve is also always closed. - Comfort mode: the valve is always closed. When you buy this exhaust system you receive an exclusive T-shirt and a sticker pack from EGO-X free of charge! These are only available with the purchase of an EGO-X system and are not sold separately!
