Shipping Policy
Delivery and payment
1. If the items you’ve ordered are in stock, we will deliver them within 5 days after your order is
received. If there is any delay, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time when confirming
your order.
2. An invoice for your purchase will be provided upon delivery. Any prepayments will be applied
to the final bill. For orders placed with payment on invoice, the amount must be paid within 10
days of receiving the invoice.
3. We accept payments via direct debit, prepayment, cash on delivery, or PayPal. In case of late
payment, legal regulations will apply. Charging default interest doesn’t prevent us from seeking
compensation for any additional damages caused by the delay.
4. Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable. For eligible returns, items
must be sent back via insured mail at the customer’s expense. The company is not
responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
